Insygna
Insygna is an AI-native company building the Agentic Workforce Management™ (AWM™) platform. It lets enterprises manage AI agents as an extended workforce, using the HR, Finance and Procurement processes they already have: every agent gets a verifiable identity and a managed lifecycle, from credentialing and deployment through performance monitoring and spend tracking to retirement.
Insygna was founded by Michael Beygelman, the founder of Claro Analytics, and is headquartered in Merrimack, New Hampshire and Vilnius, Lithuania. We are its engineering and research partner: our teams design, build and operate the platform end-to-end, from the secure agent runtime and integrations such as Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow to the cloud infrastructure, monitoring and security controls behind it.

We are the engineering team behind Insygna, from the core platform to the agents customers run on it and the infrastructure underneath.
The Agentic Workforce Management™ platform itself: agent identity and credentialing, lifecycle management from onboarding to retirement, performance monitoring, spend tracking, and per-organisation isolation. Backend, frontend and the secure agent runtime.
Building the agents that run on the platform for real business processes: tool and system integrations such as Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow, retrieval over company data, evaluation, and the guardrails that make an agent safe to hand a task to.
Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD, secrets management, centralised logging, intrusion detection, encrypted immutable backups with restore drills, and the SOC 2 evidence trail that comes with running it properly.
Forward-deployed engineers
Insygna is moving from closed beta to its first enterprise customers, and every deployment needs an engineer on the customer’s side of the table. That is the role we are hiring for now, in Vilnius and Tbilisi.
Who we look for
Engineers who like shipping in a customer’s environment rather than behind a backlog. Strong in at least one of: backend and integrations, LLM and agent tooling, or enterprise systems such as Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow. Comfortable explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
Forward Deployed Engineer →People who open doors. A senior partnership executive with a network in HR technology, enterprise SaaS or AI ecosystems and a record of closing white-label and channel agreements. And sales interns starting out: curious about AI agents, fluent in English, organised and persistent.
