Claro Analytics

Claro Analytics is a talent intelligence platform: real-time labour-market data that helps organisations decide where to hire, what to pay and how to compete for talent. It was founded in the United States in 2014, and from 2016 to April 2026 we were its engineering and data-science partner.

We designed and operated the data platform behind it: the crawlers and job-board integrations that collect millions of postings a day from more than 70 countries, the pipelines that deduplicate and enrich them, the machine-learning models that classify occupations, skills and companies, and the analytics products, reports and APIs built on top.

In March 2022 Claro Analytics was acquired by WilsonHCG, a global talent solutions provider, and is now fully integrated into its portfolio. Our team continued as the engineering and data-science partner through the acquisition, and completed the engagement in April 2026 with a full handover to WilsonHCG.

What we built

Data collection

Distributed crawlers and job-board integrations that fetch millions of pages a day, with scheduling, rate control and change detection so the dataset stays fresh without overloading sources.

Enrichment & matching

Deduplication, company merging, occupation and skill classification, and machine-learning models that turn raw postings into a clean, interconnected labour-market graph.

Analytics products

Dashboards, reports and APIs on top of the data: market trends, hiring demand by region and occupation, and company-level insight for recruiters and analysts.
